How do I choose my size?
Use the body measurements and garment measurements on each product page. Our pants have an elastic waist, matching drawstring and a relaxed wide-leg cut. All measurements are in inches.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC, excluding overseas territories and APO/FPO military addresses.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on every order.
When can I expect delivery?
Handling takes 1–2 business days, followed by 3–4 business days in transit. The total estimate is 4–6 business days, not a delivery guarantee. The cutoff is 7:00 PM fixed GMT−06:00 on business days; later, weekend and holiday orders begin processing calculations on the next business day.
Can I return an item?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt by contacting us with your order number and reason. Ordinary returns must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with original packaging and intact tags. These conditions do not restrict help for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Who pays return shipping?
We cover our errors, damaged or defective goods. Customers cover change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment account within 10 days.
