30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your items. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with original packaging and intact tags.
How to request a return

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. The ordinary unworn, original packaging and intact-tag conditions do not prevent you from requesting help for these issues. We cover return shipping for our errors, damaged or defective goods. Contact us to arrange the appropriate resolution.
Return costs
Customers pay return shipping when changing their mind. We charge no restocking fee.
Refunds
After approval, your refund will be issued to the original payment account within 10 days. Contact us if you need help locating your refund.
